Ideal preparation for light broths with a neutral and delicate flavour, obtained thanks to the use of selected dehydrated vegetables. This flavour with well balanced flavouring can be used as a salt substitute when cooking, giving dishes a delicious and smooth flavour. The product does not contain added preservatives and is gluten free, and is therefore suitable for people with coeliac disease.
