Description

For the preparation of delicate soups, or, rather, to flavor the food without covering its taste, when used in place of the salt. The high percentage of chicken meat and vegetables is what allows the delicacy of this preparation to have the right consistency; it is particularly used by communities for its nutritional and organoleptic values. The absence of monosodium glutamate, responsible for the so-called the “fifth taste”, or umami, makes the chicken granular suitable for those who typically prefer the traditional taste of European cuisine. Our products contain neither animal fats, nor preservatives, and are gluten-free, therefore suitable for use by celiacs.
