Savoury baked potatoes

Recipe procedure

Peel the onion and cut it into thin slices. Heat 3 tablespoons of oil in a pan and sauté the sliced onion, then remove it from a pan, let drain, and set it aside. Place a layer of potatoes on the bottom of a baking dish.

Sprinkle the potatoes with a pinch of Skaj’s vegetable to the desired amount of saltiness. Add the pepper and oregano, and spread out the onions on top of the potatoes. Create another layer of potatoes, then add the granular preparation, pepper and oregano, and an abundant amount of breadcrumbs.
Add to the mixture 200 g of hot vegetable broth, obtained by diluting a teaspoon of Skaj’s vegetable to a half a litre of boiling water.

Cover the dish with a sheet of aluminium, sealing it well. Bake it in a 180° oven for 30 minutes, uncovering it for the last 10 minutes to brown the top.

  • Frozen potato slices, g 600
  • Onion gr 150
  • Skaj’s vegetable
  • Breadcrumbs
  • Oregano
  • Olive oil, pepper
