Savoury plum cake with mushrooms and cured ham

Recipe procedure

Let’s make this savoury plum cake with mushrooms and cured ham together. First, fry the garlic in a pan with the oil, add the mushrooms and the tablespoon of SKAJ’S Pronto Sapore and cook for approximately 10 minutes.
Set aside and mix the eggs, seed oil and milk in a bowl with a wooden spoon.
Add the flour, the yeast for quiches, the grated parmesan and pepper and mix quickly.
Add the mushrooms and the cured ham and mix well.

Pour the mixture into a greased and floured plum cake mould and bake at 180°C for 40 minutes.

Don’t forget the toothpick test!

Once cooked, leave to cool and serve.

Plum cake

  • 3 eggs
  • 180 g Italian “00” flour (very fine)
  • 50 g parmesan
  • 50 g scamorza
  • 80 ml seed oil
  • 100 ml milk
  • Pepper as needed
  • 100 g of cubed cured ham
  • 1/2 sachet of yeast for quiches

For the mushrooms

  • 1 packet of champignon mushrooms
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1 tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon of SKAJ’S Pronto Sapore Mushroom
